My mom ultimately let me drop out. I switched to a high school lab for a while, then ended up getting a GED. Even back then, the work load and pressure on students was starting to get heavier. It's one thing our org wants to change with special programs designed for ND students.

My friend, and her brothers, all ended up getting homeschooled after trying regular school. Was probably the best thing that could happen for them. All of them are like a politician and artist, a photographer, a film maker..One has his own production company now..
