So you are a member of the 15% who are high functioning enough to hold a job, and are dismissing the rest of us?
I spoke on accommodating our needs, I never provided some generalized list. I also never said anything about menial jobs. I work in media production, as a landlord, and at a law firm. I do not have a menial job, yet I still need accommodations. And at that 85% unemployment rate, anyone who thinks this is not already very much an existing glass ceiling is just plain inconsiderate of the majority.
(Before anyone points it out- I am part of the 85% who struggle. The jobs I have are partnerships, so I am my own boss. I have never held on to a normal job cos my needs were never accommodated.)
