This is so triggering because of the many times I have had to deal with the same kind of pompous asses that I almost can't form words. When they act like a know it all, I've started asking if they have any formal education in psychology, therapy, and/or extended education in neurology. If the answer is no, they get told then they don't have the education in it to form a valid opinion.
